Kumbang Village Receives National Love Statistics Village Award

Lombok Timur, 14 January 2025 - In commemoration of the National Village Day 2025 organized by the Ministry of Home Affairs, the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) awarded the National Level Love Statistics Village Award to Kumbang Village, East Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara Province.

The award was received by the Secretary of the East Lombok District Community and Village Empowerment Office (PMD), Hj. Martaniati, S.Sos., M.M., from the Director General of Village Development of the Ministry of Home Affairs, Dr. La Ode Ahmad P. Bolombo, A.P., M.Si.

Kumbang Village won this award thanks to the statistical activities that have been carried out, One Data Village based on complete socio-economic data collection of Kumbang Village in 2024.

This award is expected to motivate other villages to develop village potential through good statistical data management.
