Coordination Meeting for the Preparation of Sectoral Statistics Development and Public Relations of BPS Lombok Timur Regency

Thursday, February 13, 2025 - The Head of BPS Lombok Timur Regency, Sri Endah Wardanti, SST, M.M., and all members of the Sectoral Statistics and Public Relations Development Team held a Coordination Meeting for the Preparation of Sectoral Statistics and Public Relations of BPS Lombok Timur Regency. In this meeting, a number of important agendas were discussed, including preparation for the Compass (Coffee Morning Sectoral Statistics Development) event, updating the structure of the coaching cluster, and coordination between the internal team and the Communication and Information Office. In addition, activities related to the Desa Cantik and Pojok Statistik programs were also highlighted, where the focus was on naming the villages and dividing the teams to ensure smooth implementation.

Ms. Sri Endah Wardanti emphasized the importance of achieving targets in accordance with the set timeline, without disrupting the work of other teams. Periodic evaluation is also key to ensuring all tasks are completed properly. In addition, to increase transparency and public engagement, every activity will be fully documented and published on social media and the official website. As the next step, a partner management system and data management through shared drives will be implemented to support efficiency in every stage of activities.
